[1] After March 15th, the AAPC Office will be closed and on-site registration will be required.
[2] Spouses must register separately to attend program events.
[3] Limited to pastoral counselors in training, seminarians or full time graduate students.
[4] One-day registrations are based on one 24-hour day, Friday or Saturday.

Full Registration includes the Conference Opening at 4:30pm, Thursday, March 27th, receptions, educational sessions, town meeting and closing reception & banquet. Pre-registration and tickets are required for scheduled meals, boxed lunches, and pre-conference workshops. On-line registrations must be submitted by each individual; registration forms sent by mail or fax are required for each person or couple. Confirmations will be emailed. To receive admission badge and tickets, pick up Conference registration packets on-site.

AAPC CANCELLATION POLICY. Refunds – Registration less a $50 administrative fee will be made if requests are received by March 10th. Refunds are not available after March 10th for reasons beyond AAPC’s control. Refunds cannot be made for meals after March 20th.
