Summer-Fall 2010 - Vol. 12, No. 2:  Your Story from the Marsh  You are standing in a marsh. A marsh is a place that is not either/or, but a both/and, full of life, filtering out toxins. It is a place part flooding and destructive, but ironically that which protects against flooding and destruction. Often it is only viewed for its muck, and mud, and mire, but it is a fragile environment in which in a sense all of life gets a start. This particular moment in time takes on so many characteristics of a marsh – for good or ill that it seems fitting to hold it as our image. Tell us the story of your moment of being in a marsh of any kind – relational, spiritual, transformational.
